Are Cancellations accepted?
Cancellations are accepted. Orders may be cancelled before item has shipped.
What does not qualify for return/exchange?
Custom request items, custom sized items and personalized orders are non refundable and not exchangeable.
Do you offer Gift wrapping and packaging?
I ship every item in a gift box and padding. Selecting “This is a Gift” will provide a small card, but costs will not be noted.
Do you have Wholesale availability?
Minimum quantity is 50 with items that are in stock. Please contact me for a quote and details on your request.
Do you offer FREE Shipping?
